US Ocean Safety: is a high-end database driven site. In the front end, it looks tame, because it's meant for the general public. However, for the 100 plus employees of US Ocean Safety it is a powerful information site. Features include: real time work scheduling, interactive learning tools, phone email list of all employees downloadable into an excel file, newsletters and events calendar. USOS Staff administers all this. With this solution, US Ocean Safety was able to effectively manage their employees and assets. This solution has saved this medium sized countless number of man hours so that they can concentrate on saving lives.

California State Parks and Recreations: The Department of Parks and Recreations (DPR) Training Tracking database system is a complex database application. The system allows for multi-user input of data, allowing for the generation of various reports to track all 4000 plus DPR employee training profiles, requirements, and notifications. The highest level of security is maintained throughout the site to protect the highly sensitive data such as Police Officer Training Information. This solution allows for all employees to view their individual training records and when they expire. Managers and Supervisors in turn are now able to view their subordinate training records to ensure compliance saving time and money for the Department.

California State Parks and Recreations Dive Team Intranet Application: The State Dive team required a place where all dive members could easily enter dive data to preserve records and maintain data integrity. Data collected was always late, easily lost and very inaccurate prior to this system. A result of this system the entire operations have been stream-lined, records are more accurate and dive members have become more responsible for their status as a dive team member. In addition, State controllers are now able to view up-to- date information about the dive program.

Warner Bros. Worldwide Publishing: wanted to create a web based Publishing Plan / Artwork Submission / Project Tracking / Material Order Internet Application. This application is envisioned to be the key to servicing the growing list of Book and Magazine Publishers with more efficiency, more accountability and quicker turn-around time. WBWP has three dedicated Production Managers to service their roster of Publishing licensees. As the quantity of books and magazines being produced annually is increasing, their ability to service their Publishers - quality check art submissions and final digital files - and provide brand assurance within their 10 day contract was severely being challenged.
Therefore, a web based Publishing Plan / Artwork Submission / Project Tracking / Material Order database was created to limit redundant work for WBWP personnel, by forcing the licensee to input their Publishing Plan and Artwork Submissions (which they previously mailed) directly into the database. This one step alone saves time for the Production Managers by ensuring that all forms are complete and accurate while ensuring a quicker turnaround on project approvals.

United States Lifesaving Association: is a non-profit organization that oversees all Water Lifesaving within the US. USLA needed a solution for their Lifesaving Statistics of all regions within the US. We built them an area where all agencies can submit their present and past statistics and the public could view these real time statistics. In addition, we created a site that allows an administrator to edit every page in order to keep the content "fresh". Finally, we created an Online Membership enrollment so that a central database of all members can be accessed by USLA executive staff

KMRJ (M995.com): is a radio station. This site required the ability to add a new contest and provide instant notification of winning to all contestants. In addition, the content had to be updated routinely. KMRJ Disc Jockeys are able to update their daily show, with audio, video graphics and text through a content management system customized for KMRJ's business requirements. In addition, they also required us to interact with their proprietary song playing software at the station so that the current song playing could be displayed on the web site. We also created an email newsletter, so that they could send newsletters to their listeners anytime and anyplace.
